Deal review: “My Airport Deal”

I just bought an airport!

And in today’s deal review I’m going to take you through the exact steps I took to find and negotiate this deal.

I know a lot of you are probably thinking: ‘This is massive deal. I can’t buy an airport on 370 acres!’ 

You should know I didn’t use traditional financing for this deal and I used the same process to buy this property as all my other commercial deals.
