Deal Review – Where’s the uplift?

I love mixed use deals. 

And in today’s deal review, I’m going through a resimercial in Sydney. Resi on top and large chain retail on the bottom. 

At face value, it looks like a good deal, but I’ll explain why you’ll need to dig deeper to find the uplift potential.
